I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Inn, a hotel conveniently located just a stone's throw from the airport in Cork. Being a landscape photographer, I value both comfort and accessibility, making this establishment an ideal base for my travels. Upon arrival, I appreciated the early check-in without fees, allowing me to settle in before exploring the neighborhood. While the room was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean, I found the walls a bit thin, as sounds from the corridor were quite audible. The true highlight, however, was the hotel's dining experience. Breakfast was included, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety on offer. I opted for the continental options one morning, enjoying fresh pastries alongside a selection of cheeses that reminded me of my travels across Ireland. The following day, I indulged in a vegetarian Asian breakfast, where flavors danced delightfully on the palate amidst the charming ambiance of the restaurant.
